Founded in 2022 by John Stefano as a spinoff from The Blanq Team in Charlotte, NC.
We realized that although the Centennial State has an abundant and diverse manufacturing and industrial sector, these assets and owners are being underserved by the legacy commercial brokerages. We decided to focus on assets under $10 million in value and cater to entrepreneurs, small business and family-owned enterprises.
Our Team
John Stefano, Principal of The Centennial Team at EXP Commercial
John Stefano is a dually licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in Colorado and North Carolina. He specializes in off-market infill/urban land, covered-land for development and industrial, covered land investment.
A native of New York State, John now splits his time between Centennial, Colorado and Charlotte, NC where he is Managing Partner of the Real Estate Development Fund, Centennial Real Estate Partners. He is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a BSBA in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
In winter, you can find John and his family on the slopes in Colorado. He’s an avid marathoner, enjoys attending music festivals and is a fundraiser for Autism Speaks.
